Pros

- The opportunity to learn sales from professionals who don't stay long in the company, but you have the chance to learn something. - The General Manager is the only pillar of support preventing the company from collapsing, although her merits are not recognized by the Group (the parent company in Cyprus).

Cons

- A toxic work environment is being created where management, especially the Microsoft / Software team management, is allowed to shout at employees and manipulate things as they wish, blaming employees for mistakes made 2-3 years ago by themselves. - Preferences between employees and team members are evident even in terms of arrival time at the office. There are team members who consistently arrive after 10 AM without repercussions, while others are criticised for arriving at 9:30 AM, even in front of everyone. - The software team management does nothing but expects team members to do her work (for example, her close colleague did her work and I had to do the colleague's work). Lacking any managerial skills, creates a toxic environment through attitude, shouting, and micro-management. Whenever there's a business advice needed, we always go together to the upper management because never knows the answer to the problem, not even product knowledge. - Emphasis is not placed on actual results but rather on friendships and flattery, succeeding in the company only if you kiss up to the right people, even if you lack results or blatantly lie and get caught. - They prioritise "company policy" over Romanian state laws and threatens not to transfer annual leave days from one year to another according to the Labor Code (many are unaware of the exact Labor Code and take leave out of fear). When discussing this issue, I was told, "I don't need lawyers, I need employees." - Everything is done on a low budget, including operational needs (it's hard to get a decent laptop or other hardware products for daily usage) and so-called "benefits" that are always below market rate. Even the Christmas party was held on January 23rd to save money. - The general attitude of management in the company is one where blame is always shifted to others, with many colleagues and even managers leaving because they couldn't bear the injustice anymore. - Regarding the "Work From Home" policy, despite the leadership declaring no work from home is allowed, some people consistently work from home and are allowed to do so. When discussing with management, they claim it's impossible despite proving otherwise. They're practically lying to your face. So, there are double standards in this regard, as we received emails threatening that working from home was not allowed, yet the management along with the team were working from home non-stop. Even the general management didn't do it, but he did it anyways with no repercussions what so ever. - Any administrative action requiring approval from the Finance management is delayed, and never assist you when and how you need it. Often, you have to tell that the general management needs those pieces of information or actions to resolve issues promptly, including approving orders and actions that bring money into the company, including signing offers. - In conclusion, the level of disrespect received here is incomparable to any other jobs and employers.
