      "Bad company to work for, It's a trap. Join here only if you have no other options"

      Only colleagues are nice. Place for learners only.

      Cons

      Very bad management, You must need to butter managers and BA. You can be fired at any stage without any compensation/notice. Work pressure is always. You have to seat in office whether you dont have any work. If you come and Go on time then you are in danger. Appraisal month is January but you can not get it before June-July. Always they give excuse crisis of funds. Appraisal for common employee is from 2000 to 5000 rs only. It's a trap you can not leave it before 1.6 years and notice is not negotiable at any condition.

      management is old hardly pays good want u sit in front of system for 12 hrs although the official timings are just 8hr and3o min

      Nothing is good in this company.

      Cons

      Too bad management.They treats employees as slave.You have to work under pressure every time.No salary increment. Very short deadlines to complete works. Many times you have to stay in nights also for work because deadline is short. They hire persons with bond of 18 months, in case of fresher submits original certificates also. Too bad process of relieving. If u asked for leave here then its a big crime.
