• Logility having a small development and testing team in Bengaluru, India • Small team with great values • Good Salary, Hike and Bonus every year • Better work environment and work life balance • Opportunity to work with various DBs: MS SQL server, Oracle • Can learn ETL and Data Warehousing concepts • Open minded CEO, VP and Directors; one can have heart-to-heart discussion during one on one meeting
Cons
• Predominantly using MS SQL server, if you are Oracle developer you may miss using PL/SQL advanced techniques • In house ETL tool not in the market • No new technologies to learn

Fairly stable company that's been around for a long time.
Cons
Managers at all levels love to micro-manage instead of focusing on goals. Thinking is stuck in the past and doesn't want to let go. Change is difficult.
