They let me go after putting in a two-weeks notice (it was in fact a 3-weeks notice). This caused me to miss a pay period the week of moving states for my new job which I had lined up 3 weeks out out of respect for Logista. This really put me in a bind, and I was hurt financially for taking the high road. I will never forgive Logista for this extremely greedy and spiteful move, which truly hurt me- my major issue was PAY afterall, i was living paycheck to paycheck with a Bachelors degree and several professional IT certs. Apparently I had this coming after I expressing dissatisfaction with my pay rate and job duties. Their justification was "we are allowing you the opportunity to leave Friday based on company needs". Pleasure doing business with them, certainly 😒
An infrastructure engineer shouldn't be paid 40k to install Windows and support internal users over the phone. That's not what that role means. This was a waste of time! They have an extremely high turnover rate by paying salaries at a significant market discount. I received a 20k raise from leaving Logista! I was undervalued. If you arent fresh out of high school, don't waste your time.
Also the company is very old school, run by the same old men since 1983, they cut costs at every corner, internal infrastructure is sketchy.. I would take this job in dire circumstancea only!
