Stay away, unless you have no other choice

Pros

They will hire nearly anyone. So that's good, if you're desperate. I can't recommend anyone else seek employment here, unless you need a job, any job, or an entry level job right now. If you can be a mercenary, this is best used to get the experience you need. Then move on. If you're not looking for better jobs right away you'll get trapped here like the rest of us.

Cons

From the Forbes article "9 Things That Make Good Employees Quit": 1. They Overwork People 2. They Don’t Recognize Contributions and Reward Good Work 3. They Don’t Care about Their Employees 4. They Don’t Honor Their Commitments 5. They Hire and Promote the Wrong People 6. They Don’t Let People Pursue Their Passions 7. They Fail to Develop People’s Skills 8. They Fail to Engage Their Creativity 9. They Fail to Challenge People Intellectually Logisys (mainly from the micromanagement of the president) is guilty of each of these. This article sums it up. Don't plan on staying here long. It's hard seeing the few good people who show up leave, but it happens all the time because Logisys can't retain good employees. Pay is very low. Benefits are laughable, the worst I've ever seen. The building is run down, very poorly maintained, and the equipment you'll have to use is just as bad or worse. Using vacation days is a negotiation directly with the president of the company, who wants to micromanage every aspect of the company. Reviews aren't conducted annually, and raises haven't been given for years. Also, the good review found here on glassdoor? That's from the vice president who is making $100,000+. It's not a very unbiased opinion.

A slow decline

Pros

-Very flexible with work schedule around school. -If in a traveling position, the ability to accrue flex days is great, gives extra paid days off at your choice to take. -People are very nice and like to hang outside of the work place

Cons

-The pay, for what they value you at for the company, they don't pay you nearly as much as you are worth. -Sometimes lack of communication of departments can cause some issues. -HR and Office admins work for Edulog, sister company. There can be a conflict of interest in between employees, and they clearly play favorites. -There is no room to move forward. This is my biggest pet peeve, once you are in a position, you are there unless the person above you leaves; even then they might just remove that position anyways. -Clear lack of leadership and direction in this company.

Very Disappointing and Unnecessary Downward Spiral

Pros

Opportunities to learn things once in a great, great while.

Cons

Decaying infrastructure, antiquated tools, useless workstations and pseudo-servers. The compensation is laughable. Zero opportunity for meaningful advancement. You'll get the duties, but not the title. Sometimes the title, but never the raises. You know what needs to be done, but no one will back you.
