There are more cons than pros. It seems the only way into the company is as an intern with very little pay. They love attracting new graduates so they can excuse the low pay. Pay does not increase as time passes- it is not reasonable and poorly managed especially since there really isn’t career growth you’ll be stuck doing the same thing all your life. There are only a couple of managers since the company is tiny and most have no knowledge of actual human resources laws, or anything about business management. Which causes a problem of the way they treat their employees and with any questions or concerns you may have. They are very cold throughout the three month trial period and give pointless tasks to do. The entire time I was there it felt like I went from being a student, to being a student again. The manager assigned books and projects that really mirrored college and it was absolutely ridiculous to be treated poorly and like a student. In addition, if you value your free time, schedule after work, and weekends this is definitely not the place for you since the schedule changes every week and you could be scheduled at any time any day. Lastly, if you are a person that likes to ask a lot of questions and learns from mistakes, avoid this company. They do not take kindly to those who ask questions to learn and make mistakes. It’s almost as if they are keeping a tally of your mistakes and give you a “talk” every time you make one and asking you why you think it happened. All of this with a cold face- don’t think they’ll make you feel comfortable. And it seriously, the dumbest things- you answered the phone incorrectly, you misread an email. Yes- dumb. Avoid this place and its cold environment and ridiculous environment and culture.
