Pros
-Management doesn’t micro manage -They understand having a good work/life balance which is huge for me. -Office has a casual and friendly atmosphere. -Culture has been changing for the better, and I appreciate that management listens to suggestions and improves on things that need it. -We have been growing at rapid pace, opening more jobs and lessening the amount of work on each of our shoulders. -Hard work is always recognized and appreciated. -They promote from within. -While they don’t have a true "flex" plan for hours, they are incredibly flexible and understanding if you need to come in early and leave early on occasion. As long as you get your hours in and don’t take advantage of it, they are understanding. -Office is newly renovated with some cool perks. We each get our own laptops to take with us. I love not having to take written notes. We each bring our laptops in the meeting and do what is needed right then and there. We were also given a nice heavy duty backpack, cable converters, cord ties, coaster, pens, etc. just to name a few. -We have a nice kitchen with a state of the art coffee maker! They also have hot cocoa, assorted teas, and different flavored creamers.
Cons
-We have grown so quickly that its hard to get to know everyone. -We don't have many functions that are outside work hours.
