Pros
Small company that is constantly growing so you are part of that growth! Flexible with their employees, and they have some great brainpower there with some of their employees and managers. Owner is always looking to expand.
Cons
It's hard as a small company to pay competitively but I think they were fair in their pay for their size and the industry. No real Cons about this place.

They say they are interested in doing the right thing but they are not interested...AT ALL. Started well, went downhill

Compensation might have been the only pro, but barely.
Cons
No confidentiality. No respect from management. People are numbers. Want suggestions but when given, they always refuse to take them. Definite culture difference
