Pros

1. Avg. age of employees is pretty young and so almost everyone is enthusiastic about what they do 2. Being a young startup, you get to shape what the culture, personality of the company will be 3. Your work matters and impact is almost always direct 4. Great in-house benefits like everyday lunch and an always-packed pantry! 5. There is def a flat hierarchy, and reaching out to management is as easy as reaching out to anyone on your next desk :D

Cons

Since it is a young and growing company, it isn't for everyone. Your impact will be direct and so the feedback will also be direct. Regular and frequent introspection and team assessment cycles are necessary for personal growth.

Pros

meals, product, and well-organized offsites.

Cons

The organization struggles to adopt innovative work practices, lacking mature research, planning, and execution frameworks. Senior leadership is perceived as inconsistent and overly self-focused, resulting in a top-heavy structure where dissenting views are rarely acknowledged. Several roles appear nominal, and the leadership culture is often described as insular and resistant to external perspectives. Favoritism is reportedly a major factor in career progression. Concerns have also been raised about workplace behavior, where instances of inappropriate comments are not effectively addressed, leading to the perception that POSH mechanisms are inadequate. Despite a strong and in-demand product, cultural and execution issues persist. Internal politics and sycophancy are frequently cited, with employees who voice concerns allegedly facing abrupt exits. The India team is reported to be disconnected from the German market, limiting exposure and learning. Attendance and movement at the office are monitored in ways employees may not be fully aware of. I was made to come to office despite healing from injuries
