Pros
The CTS (former and present)Head and former S&M Heads and seniors are much more knowledgeable , insightful and inspiring so can learn a lot from them. Young generation is enthusiastic, energetic and skillful There is no other such reason to join Lohia but there is one more, if you want to rise without doing any thing except licking and pouring and applying viscous liquid.
Cons
There is HR department which is vestigial, the most dumb department in an organisation. Don't respect Seniors, experienced and juniors too. They don't value work of stalwart who has worked for them day and night. Don't pay remuneration as per work. they will tell you good salary during negotiation but when it comes to month end, they will pay you penny. Don't believe in talent and hard working. There is infinite reasons but will take long to draft it.
