      Pros

      This is a company that really cares about their employees. They expect the employees to work hard but are there to support them and help them in everything they ask them to do. They have a great home life and work life balance. They encourage growth and teamwork. They have a great way of building team spirit.

      I can't think of a con. I love my job and Lojistic.

      Even in a remote environment, the team is close knit and leans on each other for support and growth. The team is competitive but not cutthroat, cheering each other on along the way
