Not a lot of flexibilities for people who would like to work at home, very pressured to work at office depite horrible traffic in paris the working hours are about 9-19 some times worse. Micromanagement from some managers. The place used to be quite international but all non-french people ended up being marginalized and grow slower and getting picked on for not being as comfortable in handling French clients. Once they start to question your performance, it's a witch hunt, you need to justify every hour you spend. log in by hour what time you spent for each client. working as a PM, a BA and potentially a DA but get paid one salary for it.
