The team is top class. Number one Marathi news website. You get the freedom to work. Acceptable appraisals

Cons

Did not provide a laptop to me. Other employees were using low-tech old laptops. 90 days notice period. No paid leaves. 6 days working. The attendance system is not employee-friendly.

Stagnant Growth Traditional media solutions Not so good for young generation. You may find people working here all above 35 yrs so there is lot of difference in their and ours way of thinking. Don't expect good hike even after working for 5 years you will get 2k hike in your salary. No incentive schemes to promote the talent.
