Pros
The culture was unmatched, it was the favourite job almost everyone there had ever had. The project was really promising and exciting. The benefits were good, but not the best.
Cons
SIE has announced that they're closing London Studio, so nobody else will get to work here.

Brilliant culture, lot's of room for career growth, great management team
Cons
Bit of a focus on over process in pre-production which stifles development cadence, but overall not much to complain about
