Pros
Beautiful hotel and rooftop. Some managers trying to make things better. Very nice views of downtown Chicago. Great in summer time. Can make some money if you can put up with mismanagement and constant policy changes. But not always. New GM seems nice but he wont last long.
Cons
Change in policy every other day. Male servers given less desirable shifts. Uniform for females extremly reveling and not professional at all. Be prepared to tip out server assistances 20% and bartenders 3%. Most days in off season be prepared to make about 30 dollars a day. Can make more if female and get night shifts. Major conflict of scene and theme required. They want to be to a high end place but the guest make it more like a night club. Really low end. They chase away GM's so it is basically "lord of the flies here". If you take the job just know it will not last long. They do so much stuff to make it miserable.
