- A growing company that has room for advancement if someone puts forth the necessary effort. By be hard working, dependable, and taking advantage of the opportunities to learn new skills, I have experienced significant growth during my tenure here at Lone Rover. - Casual and comfortable work environment - Job security for employees that put forth the required effort.
Cons
- Benefits match those of a small company, but there have been vast improvements made in the past year.

Company has promoted within and has created positions for employees that have a specific speciality that they are good at. Casual work environment. Fun employees.
Cons
Benefits could be better, but management has added benefits in past year and sounds like more are coming.
