Pros

Quick easy money, paid same day or day after, meet celebrities/athletes, drive cars you dream to own, meet a lot of different people/co-workers, free drinks and food from restaurants if you get lucky

Cons

Not enough time to list all. Mainly upper management, Marcello specifically, only care about getting themselves more money, too high of a podium fee from lonestar, it will be $10 to valet somewhere and lonestar gets $8 per car, meanwhile you park 10 cars for 6 hours and Lonestar immediately gets $80, you get minimum $20 more like $50-$60 if you’re lucky, so 10 an hour then you have to nag the area manager and upper management to add money to your check because $10 an hour plus your $2.13 check base pay isn’t enough in 2023, lonestar doesn’t care, they’re getting their money. You get 1 free shirt. Everything else you pay for, or I should say overpay for, every employee should get one free pair of shoes a year. Guys can’t have long hair, it’s 2023 nobody cares, meanwhile a girl with hair to her butt will be there and that’s ok but men hair length to the shoulder is blasphemy, no visible tats, so when it’s 105 out and you have leg tattoos better get ready to sweat cause you’re wearing pants or leg sleeves to cover those god forsaken tattoos. Mainly just cheap and worried about their image instead of taking better care of their guys. If you’re a new hire you will be out at the accounts/shifts nobody wants to work and you will make minimal cash you will have to stay on management to add money to your check, the goal is to find a good account with an honest good lead and stay there, Thursday-Saturday nights are the busy nights, steakhouses, clubs, bars, expensive places, those are the accounts to be at, but guys know this and will clique up, so it’s slim pickings at first but stay long enough and get good with the right people and it’s not a bad side job
