Pros

The workload isn’t too stressful. A good amount of holidays off.

Cons

Under the new ED (no longer Simpson), management has taken on an odd, toxic culture based on loyalty rather than abilities. The kind of place where people are expected to take on additional responsibilities without pay. A lot of dishonesty and discrepancies with budgets hiding behind the guise of community work. Very unfortunate.
