Was once a great place to work.

Pros

Decent pay. It's a tip pool, so you don't get to keep what you earn, but this prevents you from making less depending on what section you end up in. Daily tips are very consistent and you can pretty closely estimate what you will make.

Cons

Excessive side work--you often spend over an hour and up to two and a half hours sometimes doing side work often well before they open and well after they close. Dress code that is discriminatorily enforced. Employee concerns about what works best or how to make the job easier/more efficient go unheard. They will retaliate if they don't like you and you have to be on the manager's good side to get human-like treatment. Disrespect from managers and trainers. Lots of micromanaging, nitpicking, arbitrary rules, and lists. None of this was the case a year ago but significant changes in managers and a corporate crackdown with an increase in rules and punitive measures have made it a hostile place to work. It has become increasingly "corporate"-- in other words, management clearly only cares about profit margins and labor percentages without regard for their employees.
