Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear your experience didn’t meet expectations, and we take concerns like these seriously. We strive to provide our team with strong support, including clearly defined policies around travel, lead quality, and customer follow-up. Mileage reimbursement and travel expectations are outlined during onboarding, and we are always open to reviewing any specific situations where that may not have been clear or handled properly. Regarding leads, we continuously work to improve lead quality and ensure our team is set up for success in the field. Customer follow-up is a standard part of our process to ensure every homeowner is taken care of, but it is not intended to undermine our sales representatives. We value transparency and teamwork, and we encourage open communication if something doesn’t feel aligned with those principles. We appreciate you sharing your perspective, as it helps us continue to evaluate and improve our processes.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re disappointed to hear that your experience did not reflect the environment we work hard to create. At Long Home, we are committed to fostering a professional, respectful, and team-oriented workplace. Our leaders are expected to communicate clearly, provide constructive coaching, and maintain a positive and supportive culture. Behavior such as yelling, gossiping, or unprofessional conduct does not align with our standards, and we take concerns like this seriously. We also aim to offer competitive compensation and clear growth opportunities, and we regularly review both to ensure we remain aligned with industry standards. Feedback like yours is important and helps us continue to evaluate and improve both our leadership approach and overall employee experience.

Pros

I started my career here at Long as a sales rep back in 2021, Since then I have held multiple rolls, most recently on the production side of the business. Sales did not work out for me; however, this did not mean an end to my time at Long. With the help of upper management, we felt I would be a great fit on the production side of the business. Could have been the best thing that has happened as I have now been promoted twice in 2 years. We saw the vision, and it led to great advancement. Says a lot when someone doesn't give up on you when one thing doesn't work out. The culture that I had been a part of and continue to when I became in a more managerial roll exudes teamwork, a family life atmosphere, and an environment in which we are all on the same page. Communication is key in this industry, and not only do I highlight this as one of the most important aspects to my team, but it is shared throughout the company. My managers have always given me everything I needed to achieve success, help teach and train me in areas that I need special attention, and give me all the tools required to achieve our goals. I can only hope my team feels I do the same for them. If not, I hope they have the comfort to approach me and tell me how I can better assist them, as that is the culture and expectation I like to set.

Cons

I have not experienced something I would consider a con in my time here
