      If you do what you're supposed to do they don't micromanage like a lot of other builders.

      Cons

      The hours and days can be long, but that's sales.

      No training. This is for the seasoned veteran only. Paid only once a month.

      They have hired & kept some very good people & corporate takes care of their people. Standard holidays & vacation.
