Pros

The office, production, and field staff are kind, efficient, and dedicated to quality work. It was a pleasure to work with my peers. Management, generally, was unhelpful and patronizing.

Cons

Expectations on office staff are exceedingly high given current market conditions. Sales goals, are set unreasonably high, with the common knowledge that they essentially won't be met by most employees. Teaching, learning, and developing new talent is last in priority due to the many management and ownership changes that have occurred in recent years. As is the issue with many companies these days, they are uninterested in hiring entry level talent, and don't know what to do with it on the rare chance they do.

Pros

Health & Dental Benefits, 401K, Disability Leave, good planning and communication on projects.

Cons

Non-competitive pay, no working from home, leadership ignores newcomers, hardware (mostly the laptops used for estimating) is in bad and sometimes in inoperable condition, software for estimating does not follow industry trends and needs much needed updating.
