      Pros

      good product, good team of type A people, tools to get the job done (salesforce etc) Open to new ideas and willingness to hear you out

      Cons

      ego at top management gets in the way, at will of markets to some degree, not going to make big money based on how it was setup, favoritism is sophomoric

      Pros

      The company as a whole is very forward thinking and the actual fund manager is really good at what he does. They want to grow and try really hard to seem like they have it all together. Good benefits good culture over all.

      Cons

      They don't pay what they promise at lease in sales. When running sales competitions the tenure employees ask if they are really going to get paid which shows you they promise and don't deliver. You can make way more in other sales positions at other companies. They require you to work many hours without really recognizing hard work. Also look at the review dates they are all from same or similar dates the recruiting there is under a lot of pressure and I know they write or ask people to write these.
