* Absolutely wonderful staff, they are committed to their clients * Amazing opportunity for anyone excited to learn about accounting and finance * Small company doing big movements with great attention to detail all around * Incredibly dedicated managers and portfolio managers willing to teach you every bit of the company * Job offers a versatile range of skills applicable everywhere in your career path * Amazing HR, easily accessible and open to discussion about sensitive and important topics * Very empathetic staff, willing to let you attend personal matters outside of work without a second thought

* No real work/life balance (you are forewarned of this), unable to set-up meetings with friends or business partners outside of work * Unstable hours depending on work load (again, you are warned during interviews)
