I feel appreciated and cared for. Great team work and everyone has the same goal which is taking care of the patient and their families. Hopefully will be the place I retire.

This company does not pay well.
Instead of stocking up with employees, they chose to overwork their already busy case managers and assign unattainable goals.
Our owner is a kind, humble, generous and well-respected man.His caring culture is reflected in the NEW management team AND our patient care team that goes above and beyond because they want to, not because they are asked. Our teams philosophy, values and gentle care is provided to our patients as if the patient is OUR family member.
