Pros

All the shiny benefits they offer, but not everything that shines is gold.

Cons

Toxic, non-collaborative work environment The owner of the company was undermining me, always wanted to have full control of everything and just wouldn't let me do my job. Hard work and initiative are not valued or rewarded, on the contrary.

Pros

- Great teams: very supportive and helpful and great pleaure to work with. - Some very good professionals to learn from and work with in the company. - Freedom to challenge yourself and grow. - Good vibes, relaxed evironment and lots of flexibility.

Cons

- Made one forth of the company redundant out of the blue claiming a change of business strategy & not having enough funds while at the same time hiring new employees. - The whole company revolves around "performance" and improving client's performance and ironically performance wasn't considered when choosing who was being made redundant. Seems to be no point in working hard. - Employers are digging their own grave by making everything automated.

Pros

The good side of working here, is the flexibility of working. You have fun activities , often .

Cons

The company changes their organisational structure quite often and expects everyone to adapt to it. They make roles redundant on every year basis and during the onboarding process they would make it seem that they have too many projects to work on but the reality is different. There is no scope of promotion or increement, the performance of an employee is never valued and you have people leaving the organisation few months after they join. They would always only appreciate the senior most employees who had been in the organisation and the rest of them our judged. They try to extract work with lack of resources instead of leaning out tasks. It's more of an environment of 'Do what I say' than 'I am open to your suggestion'. Micromanagement is the core of this organisation. There's no growth in the organisation. The one on one reviews , your managers keep giving feedback of you need to learn new training sessions, spend your own money than rather saying we as a company will support you in the growth. It's more about your manager thinks and decides for you than the organisation by itself. The company training sessions during onboarding is not great. There's no formal documentation for you to read or to go through the contents of it. The job description and the work you do is totally different. Your responsibilities may change in few months. Please don't waste your time , joining this organisation.
