Team leader is awful and condescending

Extremely repetitive work and there is a high turnover of staff in the data processing team - largely due to the nature of the work and the toxic management style. Manager lacked any qualities that make up a good manager and was frequently unfair, unreasonable, quick to act upon their emotions and often played mind games. It was like being in high school. Pay was also abysmal and it was a struggle living life in London, had to pick up extra work which was really tough because this was already a full time job.
