      Amazing co-workers, modern workspace, & hybrid schedule.

      Cons

      Toxic and unorganized workplace. The CEO is out of touch and borderline impossible to work with. Overtime goes underpaid and overlooked, and you will do 10X the work due to a lack of staff without being compensated. AVOID especially if you are new to the industry. Don't be fooled, and don't let yourself be taken advantage of.

      It’s unfortunate that you grew disenfranchised with your role at the company. Looney staff hours are 10am-6pm daily with WFH on Fridays. We never ask our staff to work overtime or weekends. For those new to the workforce or industry - there are always rare exceptions with major projects or deadlines, this is true in any job at any company. We valued your contribution to the company and we wish you the best of luck in your next role.

      Pros

      A team atmosphere where owners and co-workers care about each other and your well-being along with producing great work for our clients. Ideas are welcome from all levels. Owners want teams to have a life outside of work and believe in hard work and time to enjoy your life. Accommodating hours to suit family are truly a rare find in advertising.

      Cons

      401K benefits are only available after 2 years of full-time employment.
