- Smart team with high ownership - Projects move fast - Good funding prospects, decent salary - Not toxic, people speak respectfully with each other - Interesting projects
Cons
- No real strategy, just a lot of a firefighting - Few motivated people do most of the work - Lack of career growth opportunities - Now enforcing work from office and firing those who don't comply

Healthcare and Insurance are both sunrise sectors in India, so scope of growth is immense 3. Company has been growing fast, in terms of number of users, revenue as well as team size. 4. Management team has come from some of the best companies in the world. So you get to work with and learn from the best 5. Well funded by fantastic investors 6. People are respectful, helpful. Culture is great

Because of hypergrowth, the environment can get very stressful: 1. Process changes often 2. No concept of 9 to 5
