Pros

-Strong and skilled DS team. - Opportunity to work with real Big Data - the amount of events per second that the DS side needs to process is a real challenge and teaches you how to approach large-scale systems and scalability problems. - Well-managed and well-structured workflow: clear roadmaps, task decomposition, and transparent understanding of what should be done. - Opportunity to learn real deploying approaches for DS projects: Docker, Airflow, different DBs, models and pipelines on top of them. Developing and maintaining such systems helps you grow into a strong DS/ML professional.

Cons

Pros

I worked in the Data Science team and overall had a positive experience. The projects were interesting and challenging, which made the work engaging. I especially appreciated that everyone was encouraged to share their opinions and ideas on how tasks should be approached and implemented. The company supported learning new technologies and exploring creative solutions instead of just following strict processes. Another big advantage was the team — the people were supportive, professional, and great to work with. The collaboration and overall atmosphere within the team made the experience even better.

Cons

The main downside was the salary level, which could have been more competitive. However, in many cases it was possible to negotiate better conditions and come to an agreement.

Pros

There are great members on the Sales team that are fun to work with

Cons

Employees are often treated like numbers rather than people. I was denied paternity leave despite being just two days shy of my one-year mark, leaving me without pay when my first child was born. This showed that policies and employee well-being are secondary to the company’s bottom line. It is apparent the company is positioning itself for sale, and this drives decisions. Employees are seen as expenses to cut rather than people to invest in, with benefits, perks, and support reduced to improve margins. Promises about valuing employees often feel like empty statements rather than reality.
