      Pros

      Worker level people are great people.

      Cons

      Upper Canadian management are lousy leaders. Don't know how to communicate. No training or help from above. Communist dictatorship vaccine mandate from morons at the top that don't give a dam about employee's freedom of choice or freedom at all. Forcing experimental drug injections by eliminating those who wish not to so CEO can pat himself on the back tells you all you need to know. Discrimination at best by dividing people. As Anti-American as it gets.

      Good insurance that's all they have

      Cons

      Worst back woods company. Rules made up nothing set in stone. No job security. No advancement. Management never speaks to employees, they look down on them No yearly raise but management got their bonuses and new cars. Place is filthy, employees bathrooms are disgusting but managements is new and clean. Treat the employees very bad

      good company with good benefits shame that the secondary area has a racist supervisor. bad way to express to workers. I do not like people to progress for fear they know more

      They prefer to hire new people to give better jobs for employees who have been working
