Pros

Flexible with my hours and consistent Schedule.

Cons

Despite getting 40 hours a week, I'm only considered a part time employee. They make it next to impossible to get benefits if you're a single parent. Only gets raises when minimum wage goes up no matter how long you've worked for the company or how good of a job you do. Upper management would rather hire 3 people to do your job rather than pay you appropriately. Consistently understaffed.

Good healthcare benefits, nothing else great about working for Lordco

Cons

Extremely low workplace moral, complete lack of proper management from the top on down to the bottom. Very poor customer service provided by some co-workers, and absolutely no discipline from management.
