      Pros

      Health insurance 401k + matching They care about you. Career progressions. Hire internally so moving from a server to a job at HQ is possible.

      Cons

      It is really hard to find cons about Hai Hospitality or any of its restaurants.

      Great place for someone looking for easy money in a fun environment. Management is great.

      Tips are hit-and-miss, for some it may seem like a lot of work and responsibility for a "server" job.

      Very hard working team Pays for sick leave Bonus for Covid shot Free food for double shifts and lead shifts a day 70% meals during shift and 40% on off days

      Cons

      It’s a shared pot of tips so there’s that Hours vary Get only a certain cut on tips vs bartenders
