Great hourly pay for LVN. Plenty of hours and opportunities to work more than 40 hours a week for full time employees.
Cons
Nurses are required to finish work on timely manner although amount of work is enormous and increasing gradually. High expectations for all nurses to complete all charting AND answer call lights. Management discouraged doing overtime.
