Pros

pay and overtime opportunity since covid

Cons

High expectations to meet dead lines when the training doesn't cover everything. Everything that glitters isn't gold.

Pros

I obtained good experience as my first job out of college and developed some colleagues and friends that I expect to keep for a life-time.

Cons

A great deal of the employees are unhappy here. Senior management is unresponsive to desires of staff and not very approachable. There is very little opportunity to move up, particularly if you aren't bi-lingual.

Cons

Poor utilization of resources and internal systems. Redundant practices to do tasks. Lacking a training and development unit. High attrition and poor management overall.
