Pros

Nothing which I can remember that this company have.

Cons

1 Company hires and fires without any notice or any reason. If they do not have funds then they start firing their staff. 2 Every month's salary gets paid after 45-50 days & Always deduct salary for no reason and when we ask why this is deducted they come up with some reason which makes no sense to the staff. 3 No career here & Worst management especially CEO & the Accounts Team ANWAR. 4 All good reviews are fake as they are posted by those who are working currently and the CEO ordered everyone to review the best or else they will do a deduction. 5 No Salary slips or any proper documents on CTC. 6 PLEASE GUYS DO NOT JOIN - THEY WILL ATTRACT YOU WITH HIGH SALARIES BUT ONCE YOU JOIN YOU WILL REGRET IT. 7 They did not give me my last working salary and even refused to discuss it. I have all the proof of calls and chats and emails which these people ignored me to reply.

Pros

NO PROS AT ALL. DO NOT JOIN THIS COMPANY BECAUSE MANAGEMENT IS VERY INCOMPETENT.

Cons

Subject: Warning - Think Twice Before Joining Lotus Interworks Inc. Hey everyone, I'm sharing my experience at Lotus Interworks Inc. on Glassdoor to give you a heads up. My time there ended on December 11, 2023, and the way it happened made me see some serious problems with the company culture and management. Even though I did a good job by bringing more leads than the set target in the first week of the month, For second week I took 2 holidays in the beginning of the week so obviously I had zero leads. Surprisingly they gave me a warning about it on Wednesday. Shockingly, they decided to fire me on the next Monday, only giving me three days to get better. The whole process was messed up. I didn't get a proper warning, and the talk about why they let me go was kind of out of the blue. This shows a big problem with how they do things. They don't follow the rules, and they don't treat employees fairly. So, if you're thinking about joining Lotus Interworks Inc., be careful. The management isn't great, and the company culture is seriously lacking. My experience should make you think twice before jumping in. Take my advice and thank me later. DO NOT JOIN THIS COMPANY NO MATTER HOW GOOD THE PACKAGE THEY OFFER YOU.

Pros

Worst Company Ever. They don't pay salaries to employees on time. Every month, salaries are paid randomly—sometimes after the 15th or even later—and it can take the entire month to complete one salary cycle. They owe at least 25 days' salary to every employee, and payments are staggered, with some people paid early and others paid far too late. If someone emails about their salary, they receive no response. Employees are suddenly terminated without any genuine reason. This is the worst place to work unless you have a family emergency. They have no understanding of employee problems. When an employee leaves, this company refuses to pay their Full and Final Settlement and doesn't even respond to emails.

Cons

They run the company digitally from India under someone else's name. Levish Pariyani signs contracts with employees, but the main person is Mr. Gopi Nath. These individuals have the worst character, fooling everyone with big commitments but having no vision or idea how to fulfill them. Dear Clients, please reconsider giving projects to such a company. They lack values and ethics. Every six months, they deceive investors with false commitments, take their money, and then show losses, completely destroying the investment. To everyone, whether you are an employee of this company or a customer, I urge you to take a deep breath and sever all ties with them.
