      Could not see and pros. Would have lose my professional habilities if I've stayed there.

      There is zero communication. The head of every department is incompetent and intimidating. The atmosphere is completely demotivating even for those who are very driven. There is zero culture and zero consideration for the employees. Think twice if you are offered a position in this company.
