    Large company with great opportunities, although becoming less these days.

    Cons

    Replaceable and under valued staff. Consistently changing direction and increased expectations.

    Beautiful product and rich history of the brand.

    Cons

    Childish work environment which results in the team being very high school , lack of well trained/ empathetic team managers, which in turn makes it hard to want to work for them. Very hard to make commission when the budgets are always ridiculously high even if the budget wasn’t made the year prior.
