Pros
Glamorous product; smart, passionate people; regular group workouts; regular fun events in lockdown e.g. cooking competition, games nights; regular acknowledgement of success; little blame when things go wrong
Cons
Separated team in lockdown is a con but that's true everywhere. Slack and Google Meet are working well enough. Some employees make a habit of working early mornings and late nights which impacts their morale.
