Unless you're seeking an internship or are fresh out of college, I'd avoid at all costs. Their processes are archaic and without structure. Because everyone does everything differently, training is practically "just fend for yourself." The lack of communication is astounding. Upper management is not held accountable and does not hold department managers accountable for getting work done in a timely manner; they're far more concerned with outward appearances than actually caring about the well being of lower-level employees. Health insurance is expensive, and the vacation policy is average.
