Nothing springs to mind at all.

As a resourcer you are expected to support multiple consultants, always be checking your email at home in your personal time, be in early, work late and through your lunch. I was told by the managing director that, "I was entitled to an hour for lunch but if I took it, that everyone would resent me." Nothing is ever enough and you are expected to work until you have a breakdown. None of the resourcers were given a bonus or commission and the consultants constantly spoke about their commission in front of them. If you're in before you officially start, you are expected to be on the phones straight away but once the rush is over you're not allowed to have breakfast at your desk. I was told, "you can't have a big personality because you're only here for support". The managing director was unbelievably passive-aggressive and manipulative that it creates a really negative working environment. I would not have stayed at this job for any amount of money.
