Pros

The office is so beautiful. It's a great environment where I felt surrounded by smart, hardworking, and kind women. Everyone made me feel very welcome, and I learned so much about the business while I was there. The hours were flexible and they were generous giving an hour for lunch. I felt accommodated and challenged. I loved every part of my experience and would go back anytime.

Cons

I felt there were no cons! The internship was minimum wage, but the hours were flexible and the pay was standard.

Pros

Like everyone says, beautiful clothes. Uniform is a nice benefit. Commission and base together pays a lot. Nice coworkers.

Cons

Store manager has a major impact on your employee experience. In such a small environment, negative attitude can be contagious and overwhelming. Lots of pressure from higher up to achieve sales goals that can be unrealistic and unfair.
