A wonderful 2 years working at LoveShark. Incredible culture, very friendly team who's always there to help, great management who have always been understanding, flexible and pushed everyone beyond their limits.

Pros
Despite the company is still young, it has really shown maturity when dealing with engineering culture and people in general. SAM (CTO) has given me space to share my experience and knowledge, to influence the company strategic direction, whilst Tara (CEO) has always been supportive and proactive to mitigate the risks of remote working, which really supported a healthy culture and morale within the team. I joined with very little consideration about what I could achieve as an engineer, and now I felt really confident about my capabilities.
Cons
Onboarding new people, especially when it comes to teaching them a new skill, can be very challenging remotely. I see some space for improvement, which I'm sure will be noted and addressed.
