      Pros

      They are willing to pay well but if they decide they are going a different direction than what was described while being hired they will drop you quick without care of how it impacts your family or career.

      Cons

      I saw many people hired and let go during my short time without warning and a HR rep sent to just escort you out without a word from your supervisor. Looks like they quickly hire to try things out but will quickly let you go if it doesn't go as expected or they find something else shiny to go after. Be very cautious.

      Pros

      For the most part, working here was a positive experience because of the employees. Everyone was friendly, helped out when you asked questions, and made you feel welcome.

      Cons

      The drive for sales and getting people to sign felt predatory. Every day, it feels like you’re being watched and higher-ups consistently give you the impression that your job is on the line if they decide they don’t like you.

      Pros

      Great pay, they give you metrics to follow in order to progress with your salary and your job titles.

      Cons

      Minimal support from your supervisors/superiors. Training is not concrete firmwide, so there are differing opinions on how to work your position. If you work well enough, you get lost in the crowd. They fire people frequently, don't feel like I am safe or that there is company loyalty to employees who have been here for a long time.
