Pros

Clean and OK wages. Cool coworkers. New technology and equipment make for continuous learning. Overall this company is thriving and customers come first.

Cons

Management is biased and they allow their supervisors to intimidate verbally abuse employees. And when you tell someone, they fire or lay you off. Even if more than one employee has the same issues with a particular individual, nothing is done. And I mean absolutely NOTHING!

Pros

Fantastic employees, great culture when leadership gets out of the way and lets people do what they do.

Cons

Senior management believes they are smarter than everyone else, leads by fear, intimidation and bullying. Incredible race and gender bias. Senior management will lies, cheat and steal to get their way, and have no problem stepping on employees to cover up their inadequacies. They are a big fish in a little pond (Hutch) and in the real world they would get eaten alive. If looking for a job, do your homework and get every detail in writing before selling your soul to the devil.

Not a good choice for long term career

Pros

Pay was OK. There are a few decent people but few and far between. Decent insurance though it is pretty pricey.

Cons

Long hours, constant over time, the management in the office controls employees by fear and threats of being fired. Newer employees are not encouraged to learn and grow in their skills, but rather treated poorly by management and others if they struggle, very clique like environment, newer employees tend to be excluded from the team based on others personal opinions. If you speak up and voice your concerns about your lack of training or problems with others making derogatory remarks about your intelligence and your ability to do the job management and human resources will call you a liar and refuse to look into any of it. They are not concerned much with the well being of their employees, they make the environment hostile by allowing bullying by management and fellow coworkers to continue and might even tell you it's because you deserve it.
