money is good (at least at my location), coworkers are fun

Cons

restaurant mgmt is told very little and seem inexperienced in managing, corporate is absolutely awful with just about everything, CASH tip out is 3% of SALES and this often results in claiming more tips than you make which sucks because taxes

Pros

Fast pace work environment during the summertime with the patio opening up. Young managers. You learn about Belgium bier through various classes offered.

Cons

Often a popularity contest between staff and management. Pride themselves on being hip but a lot of gossip goes on in this restaurant. Management will hold grudges.

Free food and beer is nice, but that’s the biggest pro.

Cons

Leadership (CEO & COO) create a toxic environment. Would not recommend working for this company to anyone I like. Leadership priorities and company culture burns you out and then can move on because they’re a well known and ‘cool’ company from the outside.
