      Used to be a great company

      Pros

      Worked with some amazing colleagues, sadly most of whom are no longer with the business. Front line staff work so hard, some exceptional people.

      Cons

      Inept leadership, highly political with one or two manipulative individuals pulling strings based on friendships not talent. Vast proportion of rewards diverted to the senior team whilst cutting front line teams reward and incentives.

      You are treated like dirt. They don't car about anyone or anything other than having machines on hire

      Embedded health and safety practice. Workers safety is top priority.

      Cons

      Lack of vision from senior management. Lack of co-ordination between business units and sub divisions, which costs time and ultimately affects customers
