Pros

They hired me when I needed a job.

Cons

Company leadership is arrogant and spiteful. They say they care about people but they really don't and the prospects for career growth are pretty dismal. Pay is also way under market. I've managed to turn away some prospective employees. The product is subpar. Overall, I would run from this leadership.

Generic underpaid startup

Pros

Fully remote Some of the members are very smart + helpful

Cons

Pay is horrifically under-market. Minimal benefits (little to no PTO, abysmally bad health insurance) No opportunities to actually grow; they give a minimal inflation raise and a title change with no real development. Company leadership is very arrogant to the point of being cocky. They claim they're going to the moon any day now, but the rocket is still in the garage.

Pros

100% remote gig with minimal oversight There are some really smart people who work here

Cons

There is a reason this company has been a “startup” since 2012 Very poorly led as an organization It’s a shame because there are some very bright people who work there
