Possibility to learn about banking risk management. Good career opportunities for business analysts.
Cons
Many of the company's products are based on a monolithic, undocumented, not QA tested in-house framework, which is oriented mostly around J2EE 1.4 (a few elements are present from the Java EE5 stack). Due to the outdated technology stack engineers are deemed to solve issues that are already solved several years before. Very frustrating development process (not working local dev. environment; over complicated build / deploy schemes, no regression testing). Unbalanced responsibilities between software engineers and business analysts (e.g database modelling is usually done by business analysts).
