Pros

Work stability. They won’t fire you because the turnover is so high that they need to keep whoever can stay.

Cons

No raises. Do not believe the comments here from Loyal Source. There is no raise system. Doesn’t matter how many years you worked, how many DBQs you pump out. Management is toxic and defensive whenever any suggestion for improvement is proposed. They are not qualified to be doing this work. That is why the company is a chaos. They don’t know what they’re doing. The hard work of examiners won them their expansion. Still no raise or even a note of appreciation. I do not recommend this place to anyone. It’s the worst management I have ever seen.

Horrible Company to Work For

Pros

It's a job and everyone should have one.

Cons

Horrible company to work for. They are terrible at follow up. Their Human Resources department is rude as can be, never knows what they are talking about, and they complicate everything. They all work in silo's and there is no communication between departments, but they will tell you there is. Most of the employees are contractors and they give them no respect. They will lie to you and tell you that you get XX paid days off, then you will start the job to find out there are "family days" that the military has that are not included in the contracted holidays, since you are a contractor, you are required to take them off WITHOUT PAY or you can use your PTO time and have it as a forced vacation day and waste a vacation day on them. You can plan on emailing them and never hearing back from them. They will tell you things are taken care of, that never are.

Pros

None. Its a job, nothing more.

Cons

Read the past reviews. There is a big difference between working as a company employee in the Florida corporate offices recruiting personnel vs. being the one they recruit to work in another state in another facility doing a job the recruiter knows nothing about. The positive reviews are from the internal staff of Loyal Source. The poor but accurate reviews are from those recruited to work in government establishments and reflect the true nature of being a contract employee in a government facility. Healthcare in the military is a joke. Horrible patient care. As a contractor, you will be subject to poor management and poor treatment with preferential treatment going to the federal employees. There is no career advancement, no pay raise and expensive benefits; and no moral compass in these places. Look elsewhere.
